ANNOUNCING A NEW CLASS TO BE OFFERED AT CROSSFIT ALTITUDE!!!
"CrossFit Scaled"
An "intermediate" type of class that would be appropriate for recent Fundamentals Program graduates as well as for people who may be intimidated or do not feel comfrtable in a full blown CrossFit class. More time will be spent on technique, skills and form only for either the movements in the workout or on specific skills depending on the day. The workout for "CrossFit Scaled" will be similar to the the regular CrossFit workout that day, except that the time domains will be shorter or the reps will be less and there will be more rest built in. This will allow more novice CrossFitters a chance to hone in technique and form. ANYONE can attend this class and it is included in your regular membership.
CLASS TIMES FOR CROSSFIT SCALED ARE AS FOLLOWS (starting Monday February 6th): Monday 10 am, Tuesday 6:30 pm, Wednesday 10 am, Thursday 6:30 pm, Friday 10 am and Sundays at 10 am.
